Performing Arts Classes & Workshops

  • Members must arrive on time for classes and must wear appropriate clothing and footwear as well as their Take A Bow branded merchandise. If footwear is not deemed suitable, the child may be refused entry due to health and safety. Crocs are not considered appropriate for classes.
  •  Take A Bow classes are intended for participant’s enjoyment and learning; therefore the highest standards of behaviour and commitment are expected at all times. 
  • Classes may be subject to change - Any changes will be, where possible, avoided. In the unavoidable event of class change or cancellation the earliest possible notice will be given and alternative classes will be arranged. 
  • If your child has any medical reason that may cause difficulty in their taking part in classes, rehearsals and productions it is the parent's responsibility to inform our staff to ensure that measures can be taken to ensure the child’s safe participation. Medical Information must be included in your Class For Kids account.
  • You may terminate your class place at any point by emailing enquiries@takeabowkilmarnock.com to cancel your order. Your subscription will then be cancelled and this place allocated to someone from our waiting lists.

Holiday Programmes

  • Our sessions run 10am - 1pm and 1pm - 4pm. Children booked in should attend for the full session unless alternative arrangements have been made.
  • Our sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances, where a place may be offered to someone on our waiting lists. Only in this situation, would a refund be issued.
  • During some sessions, we may use our inflatables. Socks must be worn by participants, no bare feet are allowed.
  • Children should attend with snacks if attending a half day and a lunch with snacks if attending a full day. Water can be replenished throughout the day.
